I had a fantastic experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping. After having a horrible experience with American Auto Transport, I was very wary of having to deal with another transport company. Jason helped me throughout the entire process, and was very attentive and nice! I was never placed on hold- it felt like he was there expressly to help me, where as in my other experience, I had to deal with ignored voice mails and phone calls, and long wait times.

He quoted me for $995, and in total I paid $1075. I get a $30 rebate after the shipment, and I agreed to pay an additional $50 through speaking with Arthur, the driver, because I had items in my car. And he was very kind about it! He said it wasn't allowed, but knew of my situation (the other transport company said they allowed up to 100 lbs of items inside the car) so said he would allow it for a small additional price.

All in all, I am very happy now that my car is safely in New York after travelling 3,000 miles! Thanks, guys! :)
