They were relatively responsive, driver was nice and very accommodating. My house is on a tight dead end, so we met down the street a the local grocery store. My wife was out of town at time of delivery, so it was just me and 2 kids. Driver offered to follow me back to my house in one of my cars so I could get both home, then i returned him to his truck. Would certainly use again.
