From my first contact with Chris at Safe-Direct, I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. I told Chris that I was shopping around, but unlike other carriers that I had contacted, he never pressured me. He simply provided me with useful information. Once I decided to go with Safe-Direct, Chris worked closely to handle my needs. Whenever I left him a message he responded quickly, even on the 4th of July when he was off. I had some restrictions on the days I could accept delivery, but Chris found a carrier (PK LINES) that met all of my needs. Because of my delivery constraints, Buddy at PK lines arranged for my car to be stored for 2 days and then had a separate driver bring the car to my CA address; with no additional charges. This was my first time doing this and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. A great job by Safe-Direct!
