At First i was a little bit sketchy about using a broker to transport my car. I had heard of a lot of bad experiences with brokers from family and friends. I had no choice to use one as i was to leave california to oregon in 3 days time . i first contacted nationwide but they completely blew me off and never returned my calls when i stumbled onto safe direct. i called them and was attended by jason and he gave me a estimate and after agreeing he told me he would call back when they had a carrier assigned to take my car. After a few hours i received a call and they had a carrier assigned. I was amazed by how fast they found one! The carrier then came and picked up my car and and i was a bit concerned as i watched my car leave as i had put thousands of dollars into it! The driver however kept good contact with me updating me on his whereabouts every 3 to 4 hours and gave me a ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) . The day of the drop off came and to my surprise the driver was 1 hour earlier then the time expected! i appreciate safe direct and i highly recommend them as they clearly know what they're doing!!!
