Tom at Safe-Direct was always available, always right on with his information, and even called and emailed me at different times to check on how things were going. I shipped two cars, and both went off without a hitch. With one of the cars, I had to change the pickup time at the last minute (the day before), and Tom took care of it quickly, and with no problem.

Would use Safe-Direct any time I needed to ship my car!
