The company was just fine. They did what they said they would:

Both Jim and Jennifer were always in contact with me. They didn't pick up the phone when I called but always got back to me within 24 hours.

The delivery guy called me an hour before pick-up to make sure I would be ready. He did arrive 15 minutes after the estimated 3 hour time frame, but that is to be expected. When he did arrive he was friendly and patient despite the unbearable heat. He treated my car with care as we documented any damage and loaded the vehicle.

I was not there upon delivery. However, my friend who did take possession of the car said it was "super simple." I shopped around before deciding to use Sade-Direct and found their prices to be the best around (while still having the credentials to guarantee my car's safety). I do not know if they are the best company, but I am certainly pleased with the results and would recommend Safe-Direct to a friend (or strangers on the internet). Happy shipping!
