First time shipping a car cross-country... and an excellent experience!

Very pleased with the process and the results. The car was picked up on time. I was given a 24 hour reminder. The delivery was a couple of days late but it was due to the hurricane Isaac. I was given a call the day before my originally scheduled delivery, explained what was happening, and given a new estimated date. The driver than contacted me directly a couple of days later and ultimately the car was delivered one day earlier that the estimated date. The car arrived in a perfect condition. The driver was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing.

All in all, a great first experience. Definitely recommend.
