My initial impression with David when calling for a quote to ship my daughters care from LA to Seattle was prompt and professional. The number that he quickly came back with was fair and reasonable and we immediately hired him for this service.
I called on a Monday to place the order, received a call a few days later that they were still waiting on a carrier to confirm, and that they would call back with an update still having in mind my requested pick up date. It was actually the next day we got the call that a carrier had confirmed and would be there to pick up the car that same afternoon which all happened as we were told it would.
Afterward, we always had direct contact with the driver over the next 2 days and on that 2nd day, the car was delivered in Seattle and the care was in great shape.
This was my 1st experience ever having to transport a car anywhere and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone needing transport a vehicle.
