New to the car shipping experience

Having never shipped my car across the country, I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't understand how the whole process worked, and my shipping agent David was very helpful in answering my questions quickly and promptly. I chose to use Safe Direct because I had seen several good reviews online from customers who had had decent experiences with the company and I also double-checked with the Better Business Bureau. Everything checked out and I was given a really good price.

In the days before my first available pick-up date, I did have to up my price a bit more competitively but in the long run it was worth it. I was also grateful for their flexibility. As I said, this was the first time I had ever shipped my car, and I had decided after thinking about it for awhile that it was the best thing to do. Because I was relocating completely, they did allow me to put my belongings in my trunk which I was extremely grateful for.

The car arrived, on time, one week after it was picked up. Everything was intact and the delivery was quick and easy.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Safe Direct, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
