Good Experience/One carrier problem ( Pink Stone Motor Line)

Overall this was a good experience being that this was my first time having my car shipped across county. I would say one small thing that occurred with the carrier where he told me he would call ahead of time when he was on his way to pick up my car at my apartment (since I had to step out- my husband was home). But the carrier calls me and tells me he's outside without the heads up as previously stating he would. A three hour gap is too broad of a time to tell a person when you will be picking up their car. Nevertheless, I called my husband to bring the car in the front from the garage. Then the carrier called me a minute later again saying "where is the car?" I told him my husband is bringing it out front now. The carrier sounded frustrated and rushed but I had to remind him that he did not call ahead of time as he said he would so that we could have it out in the front and ready. That was the purpose of me asking if he would call when he was on his way. I just felt that the carrier was a little unprofessional and I was left worried about my car since he already sounded like he was behind schedule or something. Thankfully, my car made it safe and sound.

I recommend pick up hours be reduced to one specific hour or at least a phone call when the carrier is in route to pick up your car.
