I was suprised that it was dispatced so quickly on Labor Day weekend. My friend in Tuscon sent the truck off and reassured me that he was comfortable with the person (Shawn) who was hauling my new toy 2,200 miles. I spoke with John Neal and he informed me the vewhicle would be delivered on 9/5/12 sometime in the afternoon and gave me the drivers cell phone number to make arrangements. Shawn called to give me an arrival time and we established a delivery place and time. Naturally i was so excited and anxious to get my truck i was beaming with joy when we pulled in the lot and saw the first glance of my truck i could not get to it fast enough and was looking at the undercarriage while it was up on the top rack. Shawn was professional and firendly. he shook my hand and told me what a nice truck it was and explained the process of receiving the vehical and of course the payment which i paid in cash and counted it into his hand so there was no discrepancy of the amount. he marked paid and had me sign for receiving the truck after careful inspecton on my part. He was very patient while I looked it over and did not rush or bother me to hurry up and time is money to them. when I was finished he shook my hand again and thanked me with a smile. i could tell he was a good man. I would definatly use use the broker and the carrier again...Todd
