Safe Direct found me a driver within the same day I called. The driver came
On time as expected. I was told I would receiver my car on Thursday when a woman called me the day before. I returned my rental the next day while I waited for my car to arrive. Then she called me again yelling me my car would arrive Friday. I had to spend the day car-less do to the misinformation.

Other than that, my car arrived intact, but very dirty.
