The overall process was relatively easy, except there were some issues with submitting the online form, which was resolved after a couple of emails and phone calls. The price was good; for two cars $1350. $350.00 to Safe Direct and $1000.00 to the transport company. There was some confusion concerning the pickup date, as we did not know it was a "window" of days and not the exact date and time we needed to be picked up. This was an issue as we had a flight to catch; however, Jason was able to secure a carrier that did acccomodate our date and time. We were pleasantly suprised that our cars arrived rather quickly although being very dirty having shipped open carrier which was expected. There was no damage to the cars, but dirty handprints/fingerprints on the headliner, steering wheel and inside driver door of both cars upon delivery. No reason for dirty hands with hand sanitizer and wipes available. Overall, I would use Safe Direct again.
