Jason was very helpful and honest about this whole process. He got us assigned promptly to a carrier and followed up to check on how the process was going. The carrier assigned was very nice, prompt and helpful, driving us back to our home from the arranged pick-up location since access to our home for pick up was not possible. Pick up was one day after the vehicle was first available for pick-up. The vehicle arrived from Maryland to California in 6 days instead of the estimated 7-10 days with no damage and to the doorstep of the delivery address. The whole experience was excellent and stress-free. I highly recommend Safe-Direct and Marana Transport.
