In general, my experience with Safe-Direct was very good. David was responsive to my questions and the car was picked up and delivered on time, in fine condition. My only frustration was that despite placing my order two months in advance, I had to pay $50 more than the originally quoted price because the pickup was going to be during a holiday weekend. In the end, it was not an unreasonable price, but I would have been happier if the higher price had been quoted to me originally, since nothing in my situation had changed between then and pick up. The higher price was still cheaper than quotes I received from other companies, and my experience was great, otherwise.
