Chris was fast and very informative on all aspects of the move. He followed up quickly and did not dodge any questions. He provided additional information on transporting cars without my request, experiences of others who had transported cars, and explained the costs. I believe he got me the lowest rate possible and when a carrier was found was able to give me the carrier information for me to do a background check on the carrier prior to use.

The driver was very thourogh on his inspection of the car. He was very polite and provided status updates for the pick up time so that I knew exactly when he was going to be at my residence for the pick up. The same occured for the delivery.

I was very nervous about transporting my car as it was a new purchase, but it couldn't have been easier. Great job by Safe-Direct and Motion Auto Carriers!
