I had to ship my car from Los Angeles to Miami. I had never done it before, so I didn't know what to expect. Chris was very knowledgeable. Only one carrier (Pacha Transportation) agreed to pick up my car, so after not finding much information about them in the Internet I was not sure whether to trust them or not, but Chris assured me that they had used this carrier before and had no problems with it. The driver turned out to be a very nice guy who even allowed me to keep some stuff in the trunk of my car (I truly appreciate it). The shipping took a little longer than I expected. I expected it to be about 7 days from Los Angeles to Miami, but it took 9 days. Also I couldn't contact the driver directly and had to call the carrier company representative all the time that in her turn would call the driver. But my car arrived in the same condition as I left it, even clean (I expected it to be very dirty after such a long trip). Overall my experience was positive. I would use this company again.
