Good overall service, but expensive

I was quoted $365 (includes rebate). In the end, I paid $415 (includes rebate).

David seemed quite busy and it was mostly leaving a message for him; and whenever he called, it also went to my voice mail most of the time.

Also, if I had known that the carrier was local, I would have asked him to deliver a couple of hours earlier.
