I had never transported a car before but this experience ended up being very positive. David at Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very courteous and informative throughout the whole process. He was available for questions and also made sure that things were being taken care of through follow-ups. The company that actually transported my car (Monarch INC) was prompt and professional. No complaints!
