I was so worried about the whole process as this was the first time to transport my car to different state. My car was transported from westcoast to eastcoast. I placed an order and Safe Direct assinged me to CAA transport. The estimated pickup date was 14th and CAA picked up my car on the 13th. The truck driver came 2 hours late but it was OK. I understood. At the first time, I had some concerns about the delivery time and location but Chris at Safe Direct stepped in and everyting was resolved. I was very glad that it all worked out well for everyone. Chris at Safe Direct responed to all my emails and phone calls. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Safe Direct. I highly recommend Safe Direct. One more thing, Safe Ditrect has great website. Please visit the website and watch the video clips. It's very helpful and informative.
