I was originally nervous to have my car transported. I had never had a need for this type of
service before. I didn't really know where to begin. I very much did my homework and checked
out many companies. I spoke with Jason at Safe Direct. He was very customer service friendly.
He understood my initial concerns, walked me through the process and shared some videos that
address some common questions. Which you can watch from the comfort of your own home at
a time that personally works for you and your own schedule.

Jason kept in contact with me. The transport company was assigned. They were prompt, professional and there were no safety issues. The car even arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled. That worked out great, my son was at college eagerly waiting for the arrival. Everything worked out perfect. I am a very satisfied customer and
will definitely use Safe-Direct Car Shipping for any future transporting needs. I highly recommend them.
I have no complaints at all....everything went smoothly...

Everyone did there part, including me the customer, which is important too!
