I called Safe-Direct Car Shipping after I had already hired another shipping company to haul my car, the first company made me put a deposit down before they even knew when the car was going to be hauled, I tried to call them many time with no response. I had to cancell my credit card because I thought I was being scamme d. I contacted Safe-Direct Car Shipping late on a Friday for a quote, a got a phone call with in a matter of minutes and hired them to haul my car from California to Wyoming. There was no deposit until they gave me a pick up time. They were in constant contact with me the whole time, when I called to ask a question they called or emailed me right away. The truck driver was very nice and kept in contact the whole way, car was delivered with in two days from pick up to delivery and car was in perfect shape. I would definately use this company again.
