Chris with Safe-Direct was good with communicating frequently over the phone about the shipping process and what transporter he was finding for my car. The only downside was that he took longer than expected to find a shipper before my move date and I had to have a friend meet the transporter with my car. This was most likely due to bad luck with the shipping traffic at that particular time.

The car was delivered on the earliest date promised with no damage.
