I set up my car to be picked up after September 4th in VA at the end of August. On September 2th, I emailed Chris saying that I wanted my car to be picked early enough, since I wanted to make sure it arrived CA before September 19th. Chris called me on September 5th saying that they found the carrier and my car could be picked up on 7th. The driver called me the day after and my car was picked up in the morning of 7th. The car actually arrived CA on 14th. I could not picked up the car since I arrived CA on 18th. They parked my car at a place and waited for me which was good. I called the company on 19th to ask for my car, the person answered the phone said that due to their schedule they could only deliver it on 21th. I was OK with that since in the application form I said I wanted the car to be delivered between 19th to 22nd. My car was delivered on 21st and everything was OK for my car. I would recommend this company since generally speaking they keep what they said and they keep me updated about the status during the process. Also what is most import is that my car was delivered safely and on time.
