The organization and communication of both Safe Direct & Anthony Auto Transport were very good. My only complaint is that the car arrived 1 day later than they said it would which cost me some $ in taxis I had to use. This was due to trouble with a customer somewhere in Arizona, so I understand sometimes these things are not completely in their control. Total cost for transport from Chicago to Los Angeles was $880, which seems pretty fair given the current cost of gas. I would use both Safe Direct & Anthony Auto Transport again, their service was very good. Plus I liked that they guaranteed that the car would arrive without damage or it would be covered by them. My last car I transported had some serious damage, so this guarantee gave me some peace of mind.
