I called on a Wednesday morning after finding safe-direct in the BBB for auto transport and requesting an on-line quote. The quote price was very fair and about the average for the other quotes I received. Chris, the rep I worked with at Safe-Direct, was friendly and highly professional throughout the whole process. He got a carrier picked up that day and I had the car packed up and shipped late that afternoon! The driver showed up on time and was also very personable, showed care in inspecting the car and explaining his part of the process. Chris followed up the afternoon the car was to be delivered to make sure everything had gone smoothly. The shipment went great. Couldn't be more happy with the experience from start to finish.
