I shipped my truck from scottsdale az to cleveland ohio. Tom (my dispatcher) was who i dealt with at safe-direct car shipping . He did and excellent job for me and he answered all my questions and concerns. Im always nervous about shipping my vehicle and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process. plus he got my truck picked up and dropped off on time. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle at all times so i knew where it was. This was the best experience i've had with shipping my truck. I will use him again in 7 months when it has to go back. Thank you Tom for all your help
