Pre-Pickup:
Jason, my Safe-Direct representative, was surprisingly enthusiastic about the process. He followed up constantly by e-mail, provided details about the process that I might not have found through my own research, and Jason found a carrier for my car very quickly.

Post-Pickup:
Jason followed up, asking whether my car arrived on-time and in good condition. If Jason's thoroughness is typical of Safe-Direct's employees, then I highly recommend their service.

Delivery: On-time- neither early, nor late. However, pickup was after dark, which was very awkward. This issue is not the fault of Safe-Direct, though, but the fault of the dispatcher of the carrier assigned to me.
No damage was done to the car.


Lastly, yes I was compensated by Safe-Direct to write this review. Honestly, though, Jason did such a good job that I would have done it for free if he had asked. Well, we'll both go home happy- me with the rebate, and him with the good review.
