Car made it safe and quickly, but customer service was awful

I picked Safe-Direct because of the high ratings both here and on the BBB. Ultimately most of my issues are with the trucking company that they used called American Auto Transport, since I understand that this is rating the broker. HOWEVER ultimately I feel that the broker needs to use discretion with which trucking companies they use. Companies that have terrible customer service such as American Auto Transport shouldn't be considered when arranging transports for customers.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service provided by the carrier, we have removed them from our pool of haulers.
