Dealing with Jason and Safe-Car Direct was an great, but the carrier they set me up with was very difficult to get a hold of.
It was very hard communicating with dispatch to determine what time my car would be picked up. The driver called me expecting to pick my car up with no warning, and I had to drive 40 minutes to meet him after I specifically told them I would need advance notice. Upon picking up my vehicle, the driver was very professional and courteous, and I knew my truck was in good hands. I was promised 7 day delivery and the truck got there in 9.
