Jason was great and on top of my order/quote! I must say I was a little concerned with the carrier (I K Transport) because I felt like I was making all the contact initially. However, I was reassured by Jason that sometimes things come up and they are not able to make guarantees, which I understand but still felt like the carrier could have been better at communicating initially. When the carrier arrived on Wednesday he was efficient and completed the bill of lading with me. He advised that my car would probably be delivered that Monday. Then my car was whisked away. The carrier called me on Sunday night to confirm the Monday delivery but unfortunately he was not able to make it but he called me on Monday to advise that he would deliver on Tuesday. He delivered the car to me on Tuesday, damage free and pretty clean considering it was a black car that traveled over 3000 miles. However I did find that there was a medium dent with paint scraped off my car after the bill of lading was completed. Unfortunately I was not tall enough to see it standing on ground level but spotted it while standing on a curb next to my car.
