From the time of initial contact, David walked me through the steps. There were no pressure tactics for me to choose this company, my decision was based on the website information and the reviews from previous customers. My car was picked up a couple hours early, and delivery though an estimate wasn't expected for at least 2-3 days I was shocked when the driver called late that following evening and said we're outside. My car had no damage and is operating just fine. So anyone needing to transport a vehicle across country you can trust David andSafe-Direct Car Shipping. I would definitely use them again, I have their number in my rolodex.
