Shipped my car from NJ to CA without damage and in time

They were very prompt in processing the order and assigning me a carrier - although it was Friday when I placed the order.The carrier was very professional - both the pickup and delivery drivers were very polite and well organized.Only complaint I have is a brief blackout in getting updates regarding the delivery ETA after the car was picked up.However, once the delivery dirver reached CA they were in touch and everything went flawlessly from then on and the car was delivered within the ETA promised initially. There was no damage to the car although it was very dirty and I signed off on the delivery only after having the car washed and inspected. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend Safe-Direct to anyone.Again, my twopence to them would be to have a better co-ordination with the carrier so that approximate ETA/change in ETA is conveyed to the customer in time.
