David was great! He was very responsive and a big help in finding a shipper to get my car across country for me. There was two times I contacted David to ship my car where I had to back out last minute, and he never got angry or upset with me, just told me to contact him when it would work out. Finally, I got a job and could afford to ship my car! My issues came from the shipper that was used. There was just a major lack of communication on their part. Originally I was told my car would come on Mon or Tues, so I waited in my house for those 2 days waiting to hear from them, which I never did. I finally called them Tues evening and was told it would be there Wed night or first thing Thurs. By 10am on Thurs I called them again because I hadn't heard anything. They said it would be there around 12pm. It finally got there around 2:30pm. The car was in one piece and I haven't started my job yet, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it would've been a problem had I been working. David, however, did follow up to see how everything went and was willing to pass my comments on to the shippers. Overall, I would work with David again, maybe not with the shippers.
