Overal my experience with Safe-direct is good. My first available pick up date was on Sunday but it was not until the next Saturday that the car was picked up by Atlant Transportation Co. It wasn't Safe-Direct's fault - as a broker, they have no control over when something is available. Jason was very responsive and (overly) informative.


Now about Atlant Transportation. The car was supposed to be picked up on Friday but due to snow, the pick up was delayed until Saturday so it's understandable. Despite the late pickup, they still manage to arrive to the destination on Monday. However they cannot deliever the car directly to my door because (according to them) their truck cannot drive through some of the streets to get to my place. So I ended up having to ask a friend to drive me to them at a truck stop about 15 miles away from where it was supposed to be delivered. The car was very dirty when delivered. Nonetheless, I don't think the whole experience was too bad and I am impressed they they can drive from PA to NM in 2 days.
