Was told that I would hear from the carrier the day before my pick-up (1/31/13), but never heard the carrier. Called safe direct agent and was told he would find out what was going on, but never heard back from the rest of the day. Called and left two voicemails but never received a return call. Ended up having to call again the day of pick-up, to find out the carrier wasn't able to pick up my car until 2/4/13, but I could leave my car with an associate of the carrier in Compton. Called safe direct an explained the situation, the issue was eventually resolved, but wish it had gone a lot smoother than it did.
