First thing I noticed about the company was excellent customer service. Chris from Safe Direct kept in contact with me throughout the entire process from my first quote to pick-up and then delivery. My car arrived looking clean and on time. The driver had a bit of an accent so I had to listen more carefully, but he was professional, had a clean appearance and made me feel comfortable. He carefully unloaded my car as not to scratch the spoiler and he parked the car for me. It was a fast and easy transaction and I would use Safe Direct again. Thank you.
