This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I researched the entire process called many brokers and get quotes. Many brokers are not trustworthy and want you to pay a fee before they find a carrier for your car. They try to pressure you into a contract without guaranteeing the cost of transportation. Safe-Direct was different. I chose safe-direct because they only accept a payment after they have a carrier to transport your vehicle. Also, they were very responsive to every question I asked and thoroughly explained how transporting a vehicle works. There online videos were also very helpful for answering any questions I had.
I would definitely recommend using safe-direct to transport your vehicle. They are reliable and honest. Also, Tom was great!
