Tim was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease from the beginning. I had done extensive research as I had heard horror stories about the car shipping industry. I feel Safe Direct was honest and upfront about the process, quotes, etc. Everything went smoothly and as expected. My car was picked up on the date as promised and arrived safely with no damage 4 days later. I was very happy with the carrier they chose. I would highly recommend Safe-Direct car shipping to anyone looking to ship a car across country. Tim was available and timely with responses to my questions whether it was email or telephone.
