From start to finish, I felt like I was being taken care of. The owner personally called me on numerous accounts to gauge how the process was going. I certainly felt as though he cared. My car was being shipped across the country and all information was made available to me upfront. Great business practice. The car arrived on time, without damage. And there were no hidden fees. I would certainly ship with Safe-Direct in the future.
