We were transporting a Mercedes from MN to NC and we were very apprehensive about putting our vehicle on a truck. There are so many companies out there to choose from, but Safe Direct, and Tim, put our minds at ease. Tim promptly provided answers to all of our questions and the videos on the website were very helpful. While our car was being transported the mid-west was hit with a snow storm and our delivery time had to slide by a day. When we received our car it was dirty because of the weather it had just traveled through (and we were fine with that). The driver from Auto Movers, LLC was very friendly and a Mercedes owner himself, so I knew he took care of our car. When we have to transport a car again I will definitely use Safe Direct and will recommend it to anyone.
