My experience with Safe-Direct was very positive... I felt comfortable that my car was in safe hands the entire time. We did not have a defiinite timeframe for drop off but were called several days before delivery to confirm the approximate time and best location for drop off near our house. The driver called as scheduled to let us know the car had been unloaded and was ready for pickup. There was no damage or problems of any kind encountered. I would use Safe-Direct again!
