Everything went well using this company. The driver assigned to my car was very polite, helpful, easy to access and picked up and delivered my car on time and in good shape. No problems or mishaps along the way, and i was actually surprised to get it delivered as soon as I did. I had a tight window of time where I needed the car picked up at my home in CA and that time frame was met by the company. I felt better about hiring a transporter who would not be delivering my car on and off the truck several times between terminals, therefore minimizing the potential for damage to be done to the car or delays to happen. All in all I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend using Safe-Direct car shipping to anyone.
