David was easy to work with, was in constant communication and kept me on top of everything that was going on. It made this experience easy. Our driver Ron was fantastic. He was friendly, gave us his cell number, we were in contact with each other throughout the week and he even sent us a picture of our car up on the carrier. He was a day late due to the Midwest's 2nd largest storm in history, so that's still amazing considering what he was up against. Our car was filthy after going through that snowstorm. Ron recommended first cleaning with water only, so we wouldn't damage the paint. It was only dirt, though, and the car was free of scratches, dings or any damage.
