I needed to ship my vehicle from the east coast to the west coast but was initially skeptical as this was the first time I had done this type of shipping. Looked online for various brokers/auto shipping companies and ultimately decided to go with Safe-Direct Car Shipping because of their reputation and positive reviews. I also appreciated the fact that they do not require an immediate deposit but instead are paid only when they have found a driver/truck.

Got a quote from Tim at Safe-Direct and felt very comfortable with my decision as he was constantly contacting me with additional information about the whole process. Within just a couple of days Tim let me know he had located a driver and later that evening, Kris form PKS Auto Logistics contacted me to let me know the pick-up date and estimated time of delivery. After my vehicle was picked up, it arrived safely 9 days later in California as promised.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my first auto shipping experience and am impressed with the level of customer service I received from Tim at Safe-Direct. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to ship their car.
