This was the first time I'd ever had a car trucked. With that being said, Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very understanding that it can be quite stressful. David Franco was the gentleman that was helping me. He was very nice and walked me through the whole process. He kept me informed by phone and e-mail, which I appreciated as I check my e-mails constantly throughout my day. I would definitely recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping and use them again in the future.
