pickup and delivery were timely. driver was couteous, very helpful. delivery was accepted by my son who unfortunately was not aware of the vehicle's condtion, consequently missed some probllems. Major defect was a dent/scratch on the rear quarter panel. The radio anntennae protruding from the rear top was damaged. Thirdly a scratch was visible on the front bumper. My mistake because I was not able to be present at deliverly. Lesson learned! Contacted agent, explained agent who was sympathetic but unable to resolve. Tim has been extremely helpful doing transaction, He I would recommend, not the carrier Euro Car.
