Overall the experience was good and was able to work on relatively short notice. The pick up was early which worked out better. However, the individual on the Texas end of the trip aid that the driver that picked up the vehicle did not seem to know the same things that were discussed on the phone he had discussed with a rep. Drop off was early but no one called to let me know when it was going to arrive so the auto shop did not know how to deal with the charge. Fortunately a family member who was in the area was contacted and made the payment. I would use the company again.
