I am not happy with the service and the company didn't care. I contacted the Safe-Direct Car and they told me to fill out my info. David miss lead me saying that I would just get a quote. Little did I know they were starting the process to move my vehicle. 9pm at night I get a phone call asking where my vehicle is. The vehicle was being picked up by the shipping company. The shipping company was very good they communicated, They were on top of the movement of the vehicle and called me everyday. When I heard my vehicle was being picked up, I called David and my call didn't get returned for 2 days. So my car is picked up and I have no idea if its related to Safe-Direct car or the other companies that had received my email address from getting a quote on transportation reviews. I also sent 2 emails asking about what is going on, no response. So now I have my vehicle picked up by an unknown company, that I have no idea if they are related to the Safe-Direct Car. I then receive a call from David with Safe-Direct Car asking for broker fee. I asked why I need to pay the broker fee when no communication occurred. Was informed that I owe the fee and I have to pay it or I do not get my car. I paid the fee to have the car released, and then a few days later am informed that if I fill out a form I will get $30 dollars to tell my story.

So at the end of the shipping process Safe-direct Car asks for a good review so I can receive $30 dollars from Safe-Direct Car. I would not use Safe-Direct Car again, any company that pays for there reviews is making up for inadequacy in customer service and time explaining the process.

Thank you for your feedback Isaiah - we understand that getting multiple quotes from companies can be confusing. After receiving your quote by email, you did fill out an order form authorizing us to confirm a truck for you. When your transport was scheduled we sent you emails with the details about your transport including names, phone numbers and payment information. Also, we don't ask for 'good reviews', just 'feedback' and offer rebates whether you choose to praise us or trash us. Fair is fair and all feedback is created equal. Just glad you were happy with your carrier and that your car arrived safe, on time and damage free.
