This was a positive experience. I had my Saturn SL shipped from Wisconsin to California and was very happy with the results. I didn't want to put the miles on the Saturn and had thought about buying a used car here, but with the Cash for Clunkers program, I couldn't find anything decent here for less than $2K. I was hesitant about shipping because I've heard all kinds of horror stories about rude customer service people, damaged cars, etc. Finally, I decided to take the plunge. Tim handled the situation courteously and politely, and bent over backwards to take care of me and follow up on my questions. The actual transport company was equally polite, prompt, courteous, and the car arrived just fine. It's so cool to have my own car here. It arrived very dirty because the driver said it he was driving through horrible storms, but I didn't care. I washed it and it was fine again. This has been one of the most stress-free, pleasant experiences I've had with something of this nature.

I'm marking the company down one point on honesty because they quoted me a price of $895, which involves a $925 payment and then a $30 rebate when you post a positive review. They then asked me not to check the box saying I was compensated ("because if you do, anyone can remove the review from the site, which doesn't end up helping us much"). I find this total B.S. and am willing to lose the $30 rather than not divulge this, hoping the company will abolish this stupid practice. I told Tim that I found this ridiculous because I was genuinely happy with the experience and would have posted a positive review anyway. He said it was beyond his control to do anything about this, so I'm going to check the box knowing that maybe I won't even get my 30 bucks back if I do so.

Review shenanigans aside, I'm very happy with the remainder of this experience and will definitely use this company to transport my second car when the time comes.

So glad that you are happy with the service and that Tim and the carrier took excellent care of you. Totally understand the point downgrade too, but want to clarify that we don't ask that feedback be either positive or negative, just TRUTHFUL and we give rebates to customers who take the time to share their experience either way and whether they check the boxes or not. (side note - there is a second box that allows strangers to contact you that we make people aware of and suggest they uncheck too, in case they want to avoid that sort of thing) We will speak with Tim about how he is explaining things.
